What to Expect
A referral is helpful but not required. Some scans, such as certain ultrasounds, ask you to fast beforehand, and our staff will give you clear instructions when you schedule.
An ultrasound is painless and uses a small handheld device that glides over the skin. A mammogram briefly compresses the breast to capture a clear image and usually takes only a few minutes. Our team stays with you to keep you comfortable and answer questions.
